The business department is one among the academic departments at St. Pamachius Inclusive Secondary School. The business department is responsible for the teaching of two subjects which are book keeping and commerce.

Business is the practice of making one's living or making money by producing or buying and selling products (such as goods and services). It is also any activity or enterprise entered into for profit.
Book keeping is the recording of financial transactions and is part of the process of accounting in business and other organizations. It involves preparing source documents for all transactions, operations and other events of a business.

Commerce is the exchange of goods and services on a large scale. Any transaction that uses the money to purchase goods or services is a part of commerce. Commerce is not business but rather a part of business. Commerce is not trade as well.
The business department at St. Pamachius Inclusive Secondary School has three teachers, Mr. Emmanuel Kimambo, Ms. Glory Kweka and Ms. Lucy Kessy.
