Mathematics is an area of knowledge that includes the topic of numbers, formulars and related structures, shapes and the spaces in which they are contained, and quantities and their changes. The major subdisciplines in mathematics are number theory, algebra, geometry and analysis.
ICT is an umbrella term that includes any communication device, encompassing radio, television, cell phones, computers and network hardware, satelite systems and so on as well as the various services and appliances with them such as video conferencing and distance learning. ICT also includes analog technology, such as paper communication, and any mode that transmitt communication.
The Mathematics and ICT department at St. Pamachius Inclusive Secondary has three teachers, Mr. Daniel Olodi, Mr. Aloyce Mokunda and Mr. Robert Mdee. The department is responsible for the teaching of two subjects Basic Mathematics and ICS(Information and Computer studies).
